Tatsächlich seien die Fahrzeuge mit eingeschalteten Scheinwerfern und Blaulicht gefahren.<br>Hierzu ist festzuhalten: lt. I. Zusatzprotokoll, Anhang I, Kapitel II, Artikel 7 ist - neben der Kennzeichnung mit dem Roten Kreuz - das blaue Blinklicht das international anerkannte Lichtsignal zur Kennzeichnung von Sanitätstransportfahrzeugen. Die von der israelischen Armee inzwischen eingeräumte Tatsache, dass die beschossenen Fahrzeuge mit blauem Blinklicht fuhren, bestätigt somit die Verletzung des humanitären Völkerrechts durch die Truppe bei diesem Vorfall.</p>
