This week, Cybertip reports #99651454, #100111876, #100120513, & #100122414 have been filed to NCMEC’s CyberTipline https://report.cybertip.org against various @pixiv users who posted comments containing illegal CSEM/CP links on #loli artworks by one same artist.
And because I am not as reckless as @snow, I will not divulge the name or Pixiv user ID of the artist (who also happens to have an empty Pawoo account) who refuses to take down such comments even after being notified of them.
@snow If the pornfics don’t contain images, then US courts won’t even press charges against their authors (no matter how much you hate their literature). The only reason a Federal court in Texas (USA) pressed criminal charges against a certain Terlingua man who ran a pedo fiction website was because his stories also contained the Western equivalent to lolicon images. And he was found guilty (& sentenced to 40 years in prison) solely because of such loli images.
@snow That seems to be an old case before US laws were revised following a certain Supreme Court decision that later spawned what we now call §1466A.
