I like Half in the Bag, but at times I feel Jay is too hipster contrarian for his own good.
I remember he shat on the Nerd Crew/Collider mashups for "ruining the joke by explaining it", when all it did was enhance it by showing that no, those kinds of shows actually DO exist...something RLM later ended up doing themselves.
Similarly, while calling Joker "baby's first Taxi Driver" is fair criticism, he seems to have missed a lot of the expositional bits and unreliable-narrator signposting.
...also, bad math
On reading "Buttobi! CPU", a 1997 tankoban about a girl-shaped computer powered by semen, the most shocking thing is a reference to a 3% consumption tax.
